Forced2Please: Help With Downloads
|
Because the store is built on OpenCart format, which is not primarily designed to offer downloads, a little help can be necessary
to find your way around when accessing your video purchases. I'm going to walk you through the complete purchase process; it's mostly
self-explanatory, but it's one situation where too much information can't hurt.
Once you have placed the desired items in your cart and clicked on checkout, you are taken to a page where you need to either
login or register. Once you have done so, you'll be asked which address you want to use. The default is the one you entered, but
if you move, you can change it.
Next, you select Credit Card as the means of payment. This is the only option available to you, although debit cards are permitted
for European customers. Click the box to indicate that you agree to the terms and conditions of use. You are now on the "confirm
order" page where you can see what you will be purchasing. This is a good place to make sure the items in your cart are correct and that
the quantity for each video is set to 1 - you don't want to pay for it twice! Now click on "confirm order".
This takes you to the payment processor's secure site (Verotel) where you enter your card details and confirm you e-mail address.
Click on "Pay" and you'll reach the page shown
here. Don't hit "continue". Instead, click on the "downloads" link - it's pretty discrete
so spend a few moments looking for it. There's also a "downloads" link in the menu on the right-hand side of the page. Either of these
will take you to
this page where the downloadable items appear. You have two versions of the video to choose from
(WMV & MP4). Click the download arrow for which ever one you want, or both. By the way, if you did hit "continue, all is still well; you'll
find the downloads link on both the left and right sides of the page. You'll also see a lot of irrelevant links such as "recurring payments"
and "view your return requests" and "your reward points", etc.; Just ignore these.
